- Personalized Needs Assessment: Understand your unique challenges and goals
- Goal Setting & Planning: Create step-by-step plans for progress toward self-sufficiency
- Resource Referrals: Connect you with community services like food assistance, healthcare, and childcare, workforce training, and more
- Financial Support Guidance: Offer guidance on budgeting and managing short-term financial challenges
- Employment Support: Provide limited employment-related support such as transportation assistance (including minor car repairs, gas cards, bus passes, Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services) to avoid job loss
- Laundry Assistance: Provide limited support for laundry access when lack of clean clothing may affect employment or daily functioning
- Proactive Support: Monitor and anticipate potential barriers before they impact your progress
- Advocacy: Act as your advocate to help you access the services you need
- Consistent Follow-Up: Regular check-ins to adjust plans and provide ongoing encouragement
